The world is always a-changing. Not that it was supposed to stand still. The metaphor that our earth revolves around the sun every single second should tell us that we should always expect changes.
In the job/career/vocation world, we have however held back to the past tenets so hard that we are failing to see that they are no longer working.
If the parent of this century is going to continue thinking that "education is the Key" for their children as it was for them, they will be in for a rude awakening.
I am suggesting a shift, something that is already happening with pockets of parents all over the world. Life Coaching our children. Listen to this.
