Perhaps one of the worst things you can do about your personal brand is to veer away from its authenticity. The second that someone senses that you are inauthentic with your brand, that is the moment that they lose interest in you.
Your perception of people's eyes is important. That is why it is wrong to think that the barrage of marketing ads will mitigate an inauthentic brand.
Woe to you if the person you have employed to market your brand is not passionate about it. Listen to this
