The world has changed so much in the past several decades. It is interesting to note that one of the most important needs of a human being is to work.
When the industrial age came, we thought that we all would work there. So we skilled ourselves by the multitudes. Now, we find that there are fewer traditional jobs and there is a flood of qualified people.
However, there are people who are doing unconventional gigs and are making headway in life more than those who are schooled. The answer is that the traditional CV is no longer the currency in the job market today.
This has been replaced by a personal brand. Listen to this.
