However, when you start doing it as you gauge yourself against other movers and shakers in your niche and industry, you start to realize that there is so much to learn from them.
In essence, they form a benchmark against which you can compare your works on an occasional basis, and thus you get to improve and become a better sharper, and more productive person. Listen to this.
