The command to work is as authoritative and as applicable as the command to rest. Sadly, we seldom take the command to rest seriously. The more we keep working, the more we get tired, stressed and worn out. We, of course, need to keep working in order to stay productive. For that to happen, we have to find ways that we can take a break from work and catch up with some rest and recuperation. Listen to why this is important in this episode.
