To think and to plan for the third and fourth generations is one sure way to set a legacy in motion. However, if we are only going to be concerned about our fleeting 80 years on earth, chances are that that's all we shall get.
Legacy is something interesting...at some level, it is not something that you actively pursue. It is something that emanates as a result of something larger than survival that you were pursuing in life.
The very place where you can get something of that nature is when you think and plan for the generations that are coming right after you. Considering to put things in place for them and building foundations through which they can excel and propagate what you started.
