A lot has been said about the education systems of the world. I have done a whole series here defending them that they are working exactly the way we structured them and the way society expects them to work. But that doesn't mean that they cannot be changed.
Unfortunately, very many changes in the systems have been academic and cosmetic. They haven't been fundamental. The reliance on competency-based curriculums is a good step, but the missing link is project-oriented education. Listen to this.
