Nevada attorney Nathan Lawrence came on to talk about his recent case that went to the Nevada Supreme Court. The Court unanimously ruled that victims of wrongful searches and seizures have the right to sue the responsible government officials. We discuss various aspects of the case and some of the possible implications of the ruling.
