Chicago-based political author, libertarian writer, essayist and philosopher Germinal G. Van joins me to talk about his newest book "Classical Liberalism in Africa: A Manifesto." We talked about economic theories, property rights and how just a little bit of liberalization can benefit a country. Germinal is from Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa and moved to the United States in 2010.
