The Global Smile Foundation was established more than 30 years ago and has been providing comprehensive and sustainable cleft care through clinical, educational, and research initiatives. It has treated patient across the globe in Ecuador, Peru, Lebanon, West Africa, and other countries, and has contributed to the education of physicians in many countries through the Comprehenive Cleft Workshop.
