Peter Lederer is the chairman of The Edinburgh Military Tattoo. He has also been chairman of Gleneagles, one of Scotland’s leading high-end hotels and host of the G8 summit in 2005, as well as being involved in the early years of The Four Seasons hotel chain in Canada. Peter shares his struggles with dyslexia, and how he learnt to embrace hands-on learning in the hotel trade.
