In this episode of the Lauren of Love podcast, I share my experience in Ceremony 2 with taking Ayahuasca in Costa Rica. I made the decision to go and experience plant medicine to open up my spiritual connection and have a deeper channel to source.
I kid you not, this was the most transformative experience of my life.
I was ready to do the inner work and look at all of the elements of my internal representation that were stoping me from my next level: Not being enough, feeling like a failure, worrying about not being successful.
I went on this trip with my soul sisters and each of us had our own incredible profound experiences.
Sisterhood has become such an important part of my journey of healing and receiving next levels in life and in business.
