Laravel's Collections were popularized by Adam Wathan's book "Refactoring to Collections", but if you haven't read the book you may be left wondering exactly what they are and how we work with them. And you've likely seem some of the common global helpers—app(), auth()—but there are dozens that even the most experienced Laravel programmers don't always know about!
