Jim Rothermich is an experienced real estate appraiser specializing in the valuation of farmland and farm-related improvements, such as complex agribusiness properties, production agriculture properties, dairy farms, swine confinements, crop farms with grain facilities, cattle feedlots, pork processing facilities, and commercial and industrial properties.

The land market has changed rapidly since 2010, and surveys published by various organizations have a time lag and are sometimes outdated, making the information no longer factual.
