The Knock On is back for a third season and with the Leinster League two weeks away from a return for Carlow, Kilkenny and Tullow, we'll explore how pre-season is going for each of the clubs along with an update on the latest from SETU Carlow. Plus, the Rugby World Cup is underway, so it's time to have a look at Ireland's prospects. Can they advance past the quarter-final stages at long last?
