Find Time For Your Greatest Contribution

I have a book deal with the sixth largest publisher in the world. I truly believe the book will help many people, and be a great boost to my professional life. I have kids ages eight to 27 and believe the best thing I can do with them is invest time into them. These are the great works and opportunities in front of me. Yet the days go by and I find myself dealing with the more urgent demands of daily life and these initiatives often stay on the backburner. Do I need to stop some activities? Delegate some?
