And we punched holes in that lie, CNN’s Anderson Cooper blamed the people. [X] SB – Anderson Cooper So what Cooper wants you to understand is the problem lies not with government, but with the people who are USING WATER. Why are these people using water? Because the government allowed fires to occur due to poor management. And these people who paid for water service understand what Reagan meant when he said the scariest words to an American are: “I’m with the government, I’m here to help.”
