27-year-old Natasha Giannetti was working in retail and customer service when she decided to start her own subscription business selling office snack boxes. But then just a few months later, COVID hit and offices closed. Unsure whether to put the business into hibernation or to pivot, she talked to her customers and came up with a unique idea to keep the company moving.
