Erin McNaught has been married to English musician Elliot Gleave aka Example for almost a decade, and the couple share two sons – Evander and Ennio. We’re well into winter now - snotty noses and coughs with kids is the norm - so Erin joins us to talk about staying healthy as a working mum, how she finds time to herself and the reality of life with three 'boys'!
