After nearly eight weeks of quarantine life, we now seem to be coming out the other side – for now – with restrictions slowly lifting and kids heading back to school. But things are not going to return to ‘normal’, and as parents, we’ll need to help our children adjust to the ‘new normal’, however that’s going to look. They’ve been through a lot, we’ve all been through a lot, uncertainty, anxiety, fear, and now the poor little things are finally heading back to school but with strict social distancing restrictions. I wanted to find out what we can do to help them cope in this weird world we find ourselves in, so I reached out to the founder of Resilience in Kids, Susie Mogg, for some advice.
