I don't know what to do.
How many times have you said that to yourself, or even shared it out loud?
On its own, it seems innocent enough...

Often it is accompanied by a parallel belief, " I SHOULD know what to do..."
with the "shoulds" come judgment...

(expectations that have never even been defined!)
