Saira Blair became West Virginia's youngest-ever elected official upon her election at 18 years old to the West Virginia House of Delegates. Saira served 2 consecutive terms, representing the 59th House District. Upon leaving office Saira continued to make a difference, working in the non-profit sector with the esteemed organization Girls Inc., and serving as deputy treasurer for the Local Government Division of the West Virginia State Treasurer's Office.
