The traditional means of paying real estate agents is set to be retired this summer, after a legal settlement by the National Association of Realtors last Friday. No longer will the seller necessarily pay 6% of the sale price to split between the buyer and seller’s agent. So what will this new model look like the next time you go to buy or sell a home?
