Two very positive things have happened over the last 48 hours in the world of real estate. One, mortgage applications surged 10.9% for the week ending August 9th. Secondly, mortgage rates as of Thursday morning are at a 52 week low. So, sellers, it may be time to list and negotiate. Buyers…..get that pre-approval letter.
