While Antony governs the East from Athens, Octavian faces internal challenges in Rome, including the Senateand Sextus Pompey’s naval blockades. Octavian relies on his brilliant friend, Marcus Agrippa, a logistical genius who builds a new navy to defeat Pompey. Meanwhile, Antony’s reputation suffers after a disastrous campaign against Parthia, where he loses 25% of his army.
