I wanted to share about my E-book and what it can do for people who read it and put it into practice...it will change your life. Also, I AM NOT A PEOPLE PLEASER and that is a huge problem for me. HOLY MOLY!! This was one of the best conversations I have had around RESENTMENT. I highly recommend you give this a listen. Getting ready for my last 2 ceremonies here in the jungle but the lessons surrounding my catastrophic thinking are still at the forefront of my mind. the lessons don't stop and this dieta is pushing me to the brink. At this point I think I might end up homeless in Hawaii which isn't a bad idea for me =) I also reflect on a dream I had about a friend whose life was taken at 22. ENJOY!

It's been an exciting 3 years inside of the current space and coming back from the jungle is really putting things into perspective for me, it's exhilarating!
