For over 3 decades Mike dedicated his life to helping kids learn, then leading the way as a principal, and then as a district administrator. He's seen a lot of changes in teaching, school safety, leadership, coaching and many other aspects of educating our kids. We talk about what makes a principal successful and how best to change with the roll as you move from teaching to leadership. We discuss soft skills and personality traits that lend themselves to being a successful principal and we even throw a little bass fishing advice into the mix.
