Tom is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has been in the fire service for over 30 years. In 2016, was promoted to Fire Chief with the Chandler Fire Department, where he has served for the last 25 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in public administration and a Master's degree in organizational leadership. Tom started his Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2008 and was recently promoted to black belt in April of this year.
