One year ago this week, Metro Vancouver’s CAO Jerry Dobrovolny announced late on a Friday afternoon that the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant project price tag had ballooned from $700M to almost $4 billion.
BC Highway Patrol is working with Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement (CVSE) to investigate an overpass strike on Highway #99 that is causing major traffic disruptions.
