Washington State Is Testing Out A New Driving Tax

Washington State is recruiting volunteers - including Canadians! - to participate in a road pricing pilot project that will simulate drivers paying a small tax per mile they drive in the state, in lieu of paying a gas tax or bridge tolls. All those Metro Vancouver drivers who are cheering the end of bridge tolls, take note.
