Trump cuts off trade talks over Ontario commercial

A new trade flare-up is brewing between Canada and the United States — and this one was sparked not by policy, but by a commercial. U.S. President Donald Trump says he’s slapping an additional 10% tariff on Canadian goods after the province of Ontario aired an anti-tariff television ad featuring quotes from former President Ronald Reagan.
