The legal fight for the B.C. ostriches

It may not be the end of the road for the ostriches just yet. Legal experts say now that the Supreme Court declined to hear the Edgewood farm’s case, there may still be ways to appeal the CFIA’s decision — and keep the birds alive a little longer.
