Serial fraudster targets game store in New Westminster

Owners of Rain City Games say a man used multiple stolen credit card numbers to place orders for Pokémon cards last summer, then showed forged IDs to pick up the merchandise. This resulted in more than $1,000 worth of losses for the store.
