Retiring RCMP officer shares stories from a long career of policing in BC

For decades Dale Carr was an RCMP officer and the face many people saw on the TV news and heard on radio. It was his job to help people understand and learn about some of the most complicated and brutal crimes in this province. Dale Carr has his eyes set on a new goal now – retirement.
