Getting around the city will be even more sustainable this Earth Day as Lime announces the expansion of its shared e-scooter system to downtown Vancouver just in time for spring.
The BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) confirmed a person with the same name was charged on April 15 in connection with the Vancouver incident and appeared in court that same day. He was released on Wednesday.
