The forum which takes place Monday, April 18th at 6:30 at the Bell Performing Arts Centre is part of the Surrey RCMP’s Neighbourhood Safety Program. The goal of the program is to provide parents and families information to identify signs that children are involved in drug trafficking and to provide resources to help parents.
