BC Government Cracking Down On Double Booking For Medical Procedures

This week it was announced that the BC government is cracking down on double booking.  Adrian Dix was on the show yesterday and clarified this means no more paying for procedures like ultrasounds and jumping the que for surgery because you paid for a faster test.  

Also, doctors and private clinics that break private billing laws could be prosecuted, and potentially even hit with criminal fraud charges.
