Airbnb renting, AI flight pricing, & Allowing bars and restaurants to stay open later!

The owner of a downtown apartment rented his place to Airbnb guests 439 out of 489 days between July 2023 and October 2024, according to a City of Vancouver investigation.

Delta Airlines is using AI to figure out how much consumers are willing to pay. The airline had been doing this to an extent and now are planning to increase its use of it. Is this predatory pricing?

Tomorrow, Vancouver city council will vote on whether bars and restaurants can stay open until 3 am during special events.
