GUEST: RICARDO HOOD - Founder of Gogo’s Morogo

Revisiting indigenous foods and traditions for business success in our communities.

The concept of canning indigenous foods is slowly gaining momentum. By canning this indigenous food also known as Morogo Wa Thepe, Umfino and Imbuya, he ensures it is available beyond its seasonal limitations.
