In this episode Indira and Jess discuss the power of slowing down, putting down our devices and being present in nature to heal. Indira reveals why it was important to not only accept her younger sisters death, but through her grief find meaning and a greater sense of purpose on why she’s here. Indira wants us to know that the joy and the connection that we can find in nature is all around us, we just have to notice it.
