Jazz Moralez serves as the Beverage Manager at the reimagined Finch & Fork at the iconic Kimpton Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara. A fifth-generation Santa Barbara native and restaurant industry veteran for over 10 years, Jazz holds a Level 1 Sommelier Court of Masters Sommeliers Certification. She finds inspiration from her travels throughout Europe as a Flamenco dancer and her family’s experience hosting foreign exchange students, which sparked her interest in international culture, with a special interest in food and wine. At Finch & Fork, Jazz is passionate about bringing to life the stories of the local farms, winemakers, and distillers with her libations She is an expert at creating well-balanced drinks with subtle complexities that attract and satisfy both experienced and novice imbibers.
