Discover the greatest leadership trait that men of God need today. This is the leadership trait that at times it's difficult to employ, especially when we are forced to do something new, try something different, or stand up for what's right. It stretches our limits, gets us out of our comfort zone, and helps you see what you are made of. At the same time, it's the one that has some of the greatest rewards. It builds on itself. And invokes a sense of pride (healthy pride that is) when we display it.
It's the quality that ignites a spark deep down in your soul, where you're like YEAH, I knew I could do that.
When we watch Movies like Braveheart, King Arthur, A Knight's Tale, Lord of the Rings, Karate Kid, and Rudy we can see without a shadow of a doubt that the main characters in these movies have this element of leadership.
