If you think about real estate transactions in this country, even in a perfect world, you're looking at a six-month to 18-month process. It's not efficient, but it's the way it's always been done. However, every once in a while, somebody revolutionizes an industry. For example, Hotels.com was disrupted by Airbnb, and taxi cabs were disrupted by Uber.
