Retired fire captain and licensed counselor Jeff Dill has dedicated his life to ensuring that first responders and their families know that they are never alone.
Captain Dill is the co-founder of Firefighter Behavior Health Alliance, an organization that provides behavioral care to first responders who have PTSD with the goal of saving lives, as well as their families.
