As the hon'ble Supreme Court lists a letter petition within 24 hours, questions are bound to be asked about its extreme unwillingness to list properly drafted PILs and extreme unwillingness to take them up in cases relating to West Bengal post-poll violence, Palghar lynching of Sadhus, and even genocide of Kashmiri Pandits. Shouldn't the PIL jurisdiction in all Courts be more transparent?
