National Minorities Commission defended the Minorities schemes in the Supreme court in their reply by stating that 'numerically smaller and weaker sections are bound to be suppressed by the dominant majority if special schemes are not framed for them'. That, incidentally, is the classical Cultural Marxist/Left's Post-Modernist 'Intersectionality' framework that was specifically rejected by the Constitution and was rejected by the Supreme Court in this form.
