With a spate of killings of Kashmiri Hindus, complete failure of India's Kashmir strategy is obvious. Yet, in spite of being flagged repeatedly, it continues appeasing separatist sympathisers and rewarding them, and ignoring nationalists both in Kashmir and Jammu.
