Besides many other reasons cited for nullification of Art. 370, one of the main reason given was to end the mafia raj in the Valley. Yet, those very members of the so-called old Mafia are being wooed at the expense of those in the Valley who took the Tiranga proudly in their hands and the people of Jammu who asked for their own emancipation.
