One of the oldest conflicts in the world, the Jew-Arab conflict, is in the news once again. The Islamic 'Master faith Syndrome' has been actively and successfully challenged by Israel right from the late 19th century. Vibhuti Jha and Sanjay Dixit look at the present conflict in the changed global scenario and how India is responding to it. Considerable sections of Indian intelligentsia, specially the ones allied to the Congress-Left-Liberal ecosystem remain hostile to Israel for purely ideological reasons but the new India is rallying behind Israel.
