Indian Foreign Policy towards territorial Pakistan has been characterised by 2 maxims, i.e. We cannot choose our neighbours, and a stable Pakistan is in India's interests. The territorial Pakistan, on the other hand, follows the Quranic Concept of War. There is the other ideational Pakistan within Indian territory, towards which the Indian State has a laissez faire policy, even as the AMM class is firmly set on its long term policy of conquering India through various forms of Jihad.
